Brief Description:  Right side elevator skeleton

Tonight, I clecoed and drilled the spar reinforcement plates and platenuts to E702 elevator spar. I identified parts to get them back in same place after removal. Then I positioned the counterbalance weight (CBW)to the ribis and clecoed the skin to the ribs. This required a lot of effort to stretch the skin into position to cleco. Once clecoed, the CW does not move. Before final drilling the CBW to the ribs using the holes in the skin skin as a pilot, I double checked that the through holes in the ribs would have the required edge clearance. Once that was done, I oiled the drill bit with Boelube and drilled the 2 holes to final size. Then I match drilled to final size the CBW skin to the two CBW ribs.
