Finished drilling and countersinking both sides of the wedge. Prepared a small batch of tank sealant to test on sample parts. Boy this stuff is sticky. I don't have the right tools or scale to weigh this stuff out. I used a digital scale my wife had but the accuracy was not good enough so I'll get another one. To make sure I don't get a wave between holes, I decided to add a second angle on the top side when gluing the two skins to the wedge. I have the angle but have not drilled it yet. There is no RTV called out for rudder trailing edge stiffners. I'll check what other builders have done here.
