Brief Description:  Riveted VS skin to skeleton

This is where I decided to place a small piece of 3M blue painters tape on the flush rivet set so as not to put marks on the skin. Turns out it works great and I only have to replace the tape after every 50 rivets or so. I had no help to rivet entire EMP so far and I'm begining to get the hang of riveting with a bucking bar. Again, the trick is not to apply too much pressure on the shop head. Just keep a light touch and make sure bucking bar is perpendicular to shop head. Concentrate on manufactured head wether it is a flush head rivet or a solid head. The other thing you have to watch out for is to keep the rivet gun relatively straight to make sure the set does not wonder off what you are trying to rivet.
