Total time to Alumiprep33, Alodine 1201, and prime 8 parts is 5.5 hours. That works out to about 1.5 parts per hour. Seems like this process is slow...but the results are fantastic. The weather has been cool ( for Atlanta that is...around 60F in the workshop).I'm thinking that the Alodine reacts faster at higher temperature so this should increase the speed.
