Tonight I alumipreped and primed the aileron parts. No pictures of alumipred as this is very routine. In fact the whole priming process is a bit routine now.....long and tedious but routine. I need to improve thought where I store the AKZO and other priming stuff. It's a bit messy at this point. I also need to setup a permanent and good lighting system over the paint table and since that table is on casters, maybe it needs to be somehow attached to the table. I primed these parts late at night with makeshift and poor lighting and as a result I applied a thicker layer of primer on the stiffeners. So much so that I could not see the markings I had engraved on each of them. Fortunately with pre punched parts this did not matter and I was able to randomly place stiffeners on skin.
I also had time later in the evening to dimple all the stiffeners using hand squeezer
