Brief Description: Worked on leading edge joint plate
Tonight I drilled and c'sunk holes for K1100-08 nutplates in W423 joint plate. I purchased the 3 sizes of nutplate drilling jig from Avery. This makes a quick job of drilling nutplates. With joint plate done I disassembled RWLE to deburr and get parts ready for wash and prime. I left the protective vinyl on top side at this point and will remove strips after parts are primed on inside. to avoid alumiprep and primer runs on top side. I also leave dimpling until after priming is done to make it easier to alumiprep the parts,
