Brief Description: Sanded and fit left elevator fiberglass tip
I spent half hour today marking and sanding the left elevator fiberglass tip. I used my belt sander which turned out to be an easy job. That done, I marked the rivet hole location on the fiberglass using holes in skin as a guide to check edge distance. With tip well seated, edge distance seems too small. I’ll check other builders and Vans.
