I started to review the rudder section of the manual and study the drawing. It took a while to make sure I understood how to cut the prepunched and maked lenghts of stiffner stock. Here is where I broke down and purchased a second band saw. I have a very large Wood band saw but I did not want to use this one for cutting metal so I decided to buy an el-cheapo from Lowes. It was on sale for $99.00. It has a flexible light and a laser...not bad. I tried cutting the first stiffner using the laser guide but it was more of a pain than following the layout marks so I shut it off. I also messed up this first stiffner and had to scrap it....or as one friend says, " add it to my wall of shame"
