Back to drilling HS405. This time I used my 12 inch long drill. I slipped a plastic bushing over the drill that I could use to put side pressure to get drill to be perpendicular to parts. This method worked well and holes were not enlarged....success. Attached and drilled all HS601 PP skin to ribs, then after removing skin, final drilled remaining 6 outboard holes to HS702.
Assembly of left and right HS completed......now I need to dis-assemble everything, deburr, dimple and get the parts ready for priming.
