Brief Description: More work on F705 Rear spar bulkhead assembly
Fabricated the many parts for the seat back position adjustment.
Fabricated the F705JG angles required for the RV7 tip up canopy version. The slot in this angle will be used to locate the canopy closing and locking mechanism. To make this slot, I match drilled 2 holes (top and bottom of slot) in the angle using bulkhead side channel and side doublers as a guide, then using a small round file I filled off the material between the 2 holes. Only took a few minutes to do this and the result was very good.
