Brief Description: More work on F705 rear spar bulkhead
Drilled the F634 seat belt anchors to the F705 lower bulkhead assembly then bolted them to the lower bulkhead.
Placed a ΒΌ inch shim between each pair of anchors, clamped assembly in position and back drilled through spar, spar doublers and lower bulkhead.
Shaped the spar doubles on my belt sander. The material gets really hot at times so I clamped the bar at one end to keep part straight and steady as well per image 3 below. Most of the small fuselage parts on the shelves in the background
