Finally.....the tank baffle is sealed! Everything was going very well until I inserted the baffle backwards even after checking for the correct orientation several times. #$^&$@@!!$%....after about 5 minutes of profanity and head scratching…not a good thing with wet sealant all over your hands, I decided to re-build the sealant dam and reinstalled the baffle correctly this time. I followed the plans and riveted the baffle to ribs using 41H pop rivets. Then I carefully positioned the tank Z brackets after applying a thin coat of sealant and clecoed them using centre and outer holes, then riveted these with 42H rivets. I then riveted the skin to baffle using pneumatic squeezer.
