Brief Description: Prep tank and baffle and bent fuel sender rod
I roughed up all sealing services with 120Grit aluminium oxide and taped up the adjacent areas to avoid getting sealant all over the place.
I also bent the fuel sender rod per the drawing. Using the bend equations, I tested the dimensions on welding rod and fine tuned the dimensions. Once satisfied, I bent the rod per final dimensions.
I used 0.214 bend allowance, so the first bend line is 3.0 - 0.214 = 2.786. First bend was right on 3 inches, but 2nd bend was slightly off but acceptable
