I order to make a good bend, I made a radiused bending block out of scrap piece of aluminum.. I then using tube bending instructions as a guide, I calculated the bend lines and practiced on some welding wire I had to verify the result. Once satisfied that calculation method was correct, I maked the fuel sender wire and maded the bends as required. The result was as close to perfect as possible.
