Today I sealed installed, torqued and sealed the vent line 90 deg fitting. It went very well and I don't think I will have a seal here. Bending the double offset of the vent line was a bit tricky. I followed the bending instructions for double offset that came with the bender I bought from Aircraft Spruce. I first tried it on scrap tubing I had. I also followed the instructions that came with the flaring tool to flare the end. I also polished the flared end using my ultrafine scotch brite pads. With the aid of a 10X magnifying glass, I inspected the flare before and after and could see a big difference. It is probably not necessary to do this...but my time is cheap and results are better.
