Louise helped me rivet this rib, but even though we started with a practice session on a scrap piece, the first few rivets did not come out well and had to be drilled. After a couple of those, I went through the process with her again and found the problem. We are using a tungsten bar with Louise as the bucker, but instead of holding the bar lightly against the rivet, she was pushing too hard so the rivet was being set with the head of the rivet not seated in the dimple. After explaining the procedure again and demonstrating the problem on scrap pieces, we continued without any problems.
