Performed the steps listed in step 1 & 2, while doing this I was wondering how tight to set the bolts. So I started researching it whith help of the Vansairfore forum. I had to do 2 things, get torgue seal and learn hoe to use my torque wrench. Using an EAA video I learned that my wrench did not clicked but pivots. So I retorqued all the bolts Ihad done so far, there are some bolts on the rudder.
It is one of these things about the manual, there is a section on torque values but I did not see mentioned as a step in the instructions. Even using the DVDHelp videos it was not shown or mentioned.
I ordered the torque seal and when it came in I applied to all bolts. it makes it look like a real airplane :-)
