Lastly today I match drilled the centre section bulkhead covers. Nothing too difficult here, although I wouldn't be saying this if I didn't have my right-angle drill attachment. I was shocked at the price of this thing when I bought it, but it sure has made the impossible possible many times.
Once I'd match drilled all holes I then deburred everything and repainted the covers where I'd scratched them up with the drill. I'll cleco them back in place tomorrow once the paint has hardened.

I taped over the small gaps to stop swarf dropping into nooks and crannies, and make for easy clean-up
