Lastly today I decided to modify the fuel selector valve cover plate. My leg sometimes rests on the sharp corner of the angled section, so today I cut it back to 45 degrees on each side, which should help.
I disassembled the fuel valve handle and fascia so I could remove the cover without disconnecting the fuel lines. After cutting and smoothing the cover I gave it a quick touch of paint, ready for reinstalling tomorrow.
