First job today was to finish off the two spar bulkhead covers. I'd previously made one cover, so today I made the second, plus alodined and primed them. These are the little covers that fit to the bottom cutout I made in the main bulkhead cover to provide some clearance for wires and tubing that would otherwise get jammed against the main wing spar.
They're a cover that screws to the cover ... make sense??
I also needed to complete the cutout on the pilot side bulkhead cover, plus dimple and fit nutplates. Done now.
