Brief Description:  2: Reconnecting the Rudder Pedals

Next up today I wanted to properly check my seating position with regard to rudder pedal position, however to do that I first needed to reassemble the empennage ....so..... I got the elevators, vertical stabiliser, and rudder out of storage and bolted them all back in place, and then connected up the elevator control rod and rudder cables. Then I could sit in the cockpit and check for real my seating position.

No further adjustments required. My feet are well positioned on the rudder pedals, and my knees are well clear of the panel and sidewalls. Even with the fresh air vents installed I'm not going to have any problems with my knees, despite my long legs.

I figure I'm going to be checking my seating position many times over the next few weeks .... any excuse to sit in these awesome leather seats from Classic Aero.
