Another little job finished off today was installation of the two fresh air scoops. I mixed up some tank sealant, from a very old can, so not exactly the consistency it should be. Nonetheless, it should still be okay for the task at hand.
I cleco'd the two air scoops in place and let the sealant go off before then riveting, using my shop made retaining strips to prevent the rivet heads pulling into the plastic.
