I continued today with reassembling the cockpit, which included getting the spray gun out again to touch up a couple spots that I wasn't happy with. I also decided to put some paint on the bottom half of the firewall just so it all looks right when sitting in the aeroplane.
I painted the brake pedals the same pewter two-pack and reinstalled into the rudder pedal frames, then bolted the whole lot back into the fuselage. I like how it looks.
Repainted some sections of the cockpit, and put up a cardboard cover to prevent dust particles
