I spent a couple hours after work tonight continuing on with the brake pedals. I riveted both pedal assemblies together and then went about fitting them into the pre-fabricated rudder pedal assemblies.
The instructions are very light on with regard to setting the pedal angle within the rudder pedal frame. I think I'll peruse a few other builders logs before drilling the bottom hole for the brake cylinders.
