With the difficult part of the right elevator assembly out the way, today I was able to get the spar riveted to the bottom skin. This involved setting several solid rivets at the leading edge openings (where the hand squeezer could reach), and countersunk blind rivets to all other holes.
I'm led to believe that a small dab of filler to each of the blind rivets prior to painting and you would never know.
Very pleased with how the elevator is coming along.
