Brief Description:  Continued Dimpling and Deburring

A little bit more done tonight with the three parts that make up the right elevator counterbalance arm now completely deburred and dimpled.

I also employed a little trick that fellow SAAA member, Bruce, told me about. To get a slightly better flush finish on the skin rivets, he takes an extra "poofteenth" off the shoulder of his underlying rib dimples using a countersink bit. It's just a matter of setting up the countersink cage so that you only take a very, very small amount out of the already dimpled hole, and it's suprising how much better it makes the final fit.

The hardest part is finding the "poofteenth" mark on the countersink cage. It's there, you just have to look very hard :-)
