Brief Description: Drilling and Dimpling the Vertical Stabiliser
Today I started by clecoing the VS ribs and spars together and match drilling all #30 holes. Then I cleco'd the skin in place and match drilled all #40 holes. Once that was done then it all came apart again for countersinking, dimpling and deburring.
I got everything done except the skin. Will save that for tomorrow. In the meantime I alodined the three smaller parts. The remainder are too big for my small tubs so I'll need to set up the larger trough for the rest. Again, that can wait until tomorrow.

And now with the skin in place.
All parts cleaned with isopropyl alcohol before deoxidising and alodining.
