Tonight I spent some time squaring up all the main/nose rib flanges. Wish I realised this is easier done before fluting. Anyway, I used a small block of wood with a slot cut in one end to make the small adjustments necessary to get the flanges square to the web. I also cut the bottom corner off the wood block so I could get in close to the web when bending.
After squaring up the flanges I also then had to go back and recheck straightness of each rib. Some needed some minor re-fluting to get them flat again.
