Some more work tonight on the firewall strips that will hold the top cowl quarter-turn fasteners.
At this stage I'm planning on installing quarter-turn fasteners only where the top cowl meets the fuselage. The rest of the cowl interfaces will be the standard Vans piano-hinge method.
