I've decided I need to be able to regulate the airflow to the oil cooler, so that I can keep temperatures up on cold days. I have read that this can be a problem for some RV owners.
I've ordered an airflow shutter from Anti-Splat Aero, so now I just needed to work out where I can fit another control knob inside the cockpit.
I eventually came up with the idea of extending the mounting bracket I made for the park brake. The very bottom picture below shows my idea. The other pictures show how it's fabricated.
I ended the day with the extension match drilled to the main bracket, and painted grey. I'll rivet it in place tomorrow.
