The majority of today was spent on installing nutplates onto the instrument panel for the VHF Com, knob panel, intercom and Level button. Unfortunately Dynon do not supply the nutplates for these items (non-standard compact type required), so I needed to order them from Aircraft Spruce. Wish I'd known that earlier, I could have got the order underway the same time I ordered the Dynon gear.
Anyway, the nutplates arrived during the week and I set about the painstaking task of fitting them all to the panel. I went very slowly, and very carefully, to make sure all nutplates aligned exactly with the corresponding equipment screw holes.
