Brief Description:  Some miscellaneous tasks

Finally got back in the shop today and took care of a few miscellaneous tasks. Tasks completed included:

1) Repositioned starboard forward outboard gear lock nut and retorqued bolts. This nut was against the outboard portion of the gear weldment where all the nuts and washers are located. To avoid any interference with the nuts I repositioned the lock nut assembly against the inboard flange. All gear nuts are locked against the inboard flange.

2) Changed from snap bushings to grommets in gear access plates where the tank vent tubes pass through.

3) Removed some metal to allow brake lines to exit just behind gear legs. I plan to cover the lines with vinyl tubing or perhaps heat shrink tubing to protect against chafing.

4) Installed final four screws, washers, and nuts in gear weldments.

5) Removed the spar blanks. The port unit came out easily but the starboard side took a little time. The bolts were tighter than expected.

6) Installed rivets around the spar insertion channels (port & starboard). I used blind rivets rather than trying to buck solid rivets in this area. I saw no way to get any of my bucking bars into the small space.

7) Cleaned up inside fuselage
