Brief Description: Re-fabricated aux fuel gauge panel
A word of advice is in order. Never fabricate a custom auxiliary fuel panel unless you are absolutely sure of the dimensions of your gauges. When my new gauges arrived from Van's I was surprised to find they wouldn't fit in my panel. The only solution was to make a new panel. Unfortunately, the second panel took longer than the first. Much more attention was given to making the panel deeper without interfering with the rear rudder pedals. It was also harder to make the new panel match the already installed nutplates.
Anyway, the panel is done including cutting the instrument holes and drilling the screw holes for attaching the gauges. Glad that task is done!
