Using snips, separated the A-910-L/R stiffeners and trimmed away the shaded areas per the plans. Deburred the edges of the stiffeners, spars and skins. Using a square, checked the rib flanges and web to be sure surfaces were perpendicular.
Fit the stiffeners to the inside surfaces of the CP-1 and CP-2 skins. Aligned the holes in the stiffeners to the skins and final match drilled to #40. Clecoed the assembly to a particle board work surface as drilling progressed.
Deburred and dimpled the stiffeners and skins. Back riveted the stiffeners to the skins being careful to position stiffeners (flanges) per the drawings.
Fit the A-905-L/R ribs into the CP-3 spar per the plans. Aligned the end of the spar with edge of the ribs flanges and secured with a c-clamp. Back drilled the spar using the outer holes in the rib flanges as a guide. Disassembled, then clecoed both A908 reinforcement plates to the forward face of the spare web. Match drilled the remaining holes in the reinforcement plates to the spar. Disassembled and deburred all holes.
Riveted the reinforcement plates and ribs to the spar forming the skeleton.
