Brief Description: Squeezed rivets on tank end ribs
This shop session was spent squeezing the rivets on the left tank end ribs. Again, the procedure was the same as described earlier. Every other cleco was removed, the dimpled cleaned with the deburring tool from Cleaveland (inserted in an electric screwdriver), the dimpled was then wiped clean with MEK, a dab of proseal was applied and the rivet squuezed wet. I have six or seven rivets to complete near the leading edge (need to get Connie in the shop to help with these final rivets) and then I will seal the rivet shop heads and do a final inspection of the interior of the tank before installing the rear baffle.
