Installed the Ray Allen pit trim servo in the elevator. After some research with another RV-8 builder, opted to install servo with jack screw fully retracted with tab positioned at maximum nose up angle (trim tab fully down). When jack screw is extended to its limit, the tab does not reach its maximum angle. Advice from other builders, however, indicate that the RV-8 is usually a bit nose heavy requiring more nose up trim than down.
