Riveted the HS-412PP and HS-413PP hinge brackets to the rear spar.
Tested the Pittsburgh brand torque wrench prior to tightening bolts on center bearing hinge bracket. Bolted the HS-411PP center bearing hinge bracket to the spar per torque value chart in section 5.
