I was back in the aeroplane factory today fine tuning the aileron and flap rigging. I still have some adjustments to make to be sure the ailerons, flaps, and wing tips all line up along the trailing edge. I also need to double check the gaps between the tips and ailerons and the ailerons and flaps. They should be about 1/4" per the plans. Not sure how much of a challenge this will be. I also noticed earlier that the trailing edge of the wing tips extend about 1/4" beyond the trailing edge of the ailerons so it may be necessary to do a little trimming and fiberglass work in this area to get perfect alignment.
