After trimming the snorkel flange to match the throttle body the flange delaminated from the snorkel. I had to "glue" it back in place with epoxy resin. You will see some flush head rivets in the picture below. These rivets were used to seat the flange and keep it "locked" into position until the resin cured. They do provide some resistance against any twisting force but that's it. You will note the aluminum reinforcement plate I added to the flange and the fillet of resin and flox.
