After mounting the rudder I found it rubbed the bottom cap at full left or right deflection. The only solution was to rework the rudder stops and take just a little swing out of the system. There is now just enough clearance to keep the cap from hitting the side skins of the fuselage or the rudder bolts. The reduction in rudder deflection was minor.
I also found the removable portion of the cap could not be removed or installed when the rudder was mounted. To remedy the problem I removed about 1/4" of material from the top edge of the cap and about 3/16" from the mounting flange (can't be seen in photo). Anyway, the cap can now be removed and installed when the rudder is mounted on the airframe.
