I inserted the appropriately rated fuses in the three power busses today (Radio, Main Battery, and Instrument). I checked all the power leads attached at the busses and then activated the master switch. The instruments panel with all the round gauges is not yet in pace but a number of components are in the right aux panel (panel and LED dimmers, GPS selector switch, PS3000 intercom, pitch and rool LED indicators, starter/mag switch, pilot map lights, intercom music input switch, stick starter enable and rear cockpit stick enable switches.).
Nothing smoked and the correct lights came on (intercom, pitch and roll LEDs). I also check the ANR headset power jacks and they worked.
I need to borrow an Ipod from one of the granddaughters to test the music inputs in the front and rear cockpits to the PS3000 intyercom. If it works ok I may have to buy myself one for entertainment on cross coutry flights. However, I will need one with AM/FM radio as well for some variety.
