Brief Description: Terminated intercom wires (all but grounds)
Late in the day UPS delivered some miscellaneous electrical items I had ordered from SteinAir. Among the supplies were the solder sleeves needed to complete the intercom harness. Since there was still plenty of time before dark I decided to complete the intercom connections. I was able to complete the harness with the exception of attaching the shield grounds. If you look closely you can see the little bundle of ground pigtails sticking out from under the heat shrink tube at the DB25 connector in picture one below.
I will have to extend the length of these wires a bit and decide where to ground them (airframe or perhaps on the intercom box).
