I have a bunch of pictures from Airventure 2012 but will include only three below to document the trip. The folks that have been building the Classic Wacos now have the type certificate for the Great Lakes Biplane and are beginning production. It's another beauty.
My favorite performer is shown in the second photo. It is John Mohr in his 220 horsepower Stearman. His low level classic aerobatics are absolutely beautiful.
And finally, I got a picture of Van's original RV-1, the first of a long line of great designs.
