Brief Description: Primed and painted inside of aft upper skin
Had to work in the yard today but still had time to prep, prime, and apply the color coat to the inside of the aft upper fuselage skin. Once cured, I will remove the blue protective plastic, cleco it onto the fuselage and get the riveting started.
Not sure if I will get it on the fuselage tomorrow or not. I am not entirely happy with how the paint went on this part. It may look a little better after the paint fully dries. If not, I may wait another day, scuff it lightly, and try applying one more thin coat. Then again, it is going to be the overhead in the rear baggage compartment where it will seldom be seen. After a few scratches from luggage and cargo it probably won't even be noticeable.
