The last two lines to fabricate were the two lines running from the valve to the port and starboard fuel tanks. I made these lines in copper first and then copied them in aluminum. There isn't much extra tubing in the kit and I didn't want to risk ruining some material and having to order more.
Once all the lines were fabricated, I removed the selector valve and did the final installation of the various fittings (two std 90 degree elbows, one 90 degree swivel elbow, and one plug). All the fittings are NPT going into the valve so I used thread sealant. The valve was then reinstalled in the fuselage and the various lines reattached finger tight. I think the overall installation looks good. I just hope there are no fuel leaks.
