I was running low on riveting tape so I stopped by Office Depot and picked up four rolls of Scotch brand removable tape. This should be more than enough to finish the project. This tape is typically for the office but it is perfect for riveting applications. I have used it for all my back riveting and most of the standard flush riveting on the airframe.
Rather than inserting one rivet at a time, I usually insert with tape all the rivets about to be driven and then set each one. Besides holding the rivet in place the tape provides a little protection between the mushroom/flush rivet set and the aluminum surface. Scotch tape in the blue box is easily removed. Don't use the magic tape in the green box (hard to remove).
