The mechanical engineering book had to be brought out to figure out the math on the controls. The Throw of the Throttle and the Carb are constant so the arm was created to make sure the full motion was verified and proper.
Both input and output arms on the crank have extra lenth to ensure full travel of throttle and Carb input.
A wood version was cut on the laser to hold the temp arm to verify motion and controls. its close but some modifications will be made to the arm to ensure no extra effort will be needed for smooth operation.
