Got the Replacement pushrods in from Vans since I drilled the 3/4 rod with 8 holes instead of 6 on the end that attaches the rod end. New rod with 6 holes shown in image 1. As per the instructions, the ends were installed and the inner tube was primmed with the liquid primer (Zinc Chromate).
The longer rod that attaches to the elevator was also primed and both are curing completely before I install the rod ends permanantly.
