This block was dedicated to ensuring the Elevator Rod Ends (Hinges) were brougt in as far as they will go (Ensuring bolt thred penetration) withough casusing other issues with the control horns.
Once I brouht them in, I alligned the elevator with the HS to ensure it was straigne with the surface. With the hinges finalized, I was able to drill the horns through the Center Bearing between the Horns. WIth the hole drilled, I was able to play with different spacers between the bearing and the horns to make sure They fit perfect. I lost count how many times I removed and Resinstalled the elevators... but they are moving great with no binding.
