Brief Description: Setting up holes and Ribs

Continuing the Final drill of the frame and Ribs. I am at the stage where you first cleco the skins on to align the inboard ribs. I was not fond of the amount of space given to rivet the inboard ribs when you align them flush against the skin edge.
